How to order online:
We use a secure shopping cart technology to manage your order. Our system collects your items, takes your billing and shipping information, allows you to adjust quantities and leave instructions for our staff to review prior to shipping. We use PayPal/Verisign Payflow link to securely accept your credit card payment. No credit card data is stored on our website.

On most items, we only show what is in stock and shippable now. If there is an error in our inventory we will contact you to substitute the item or provide you with a refund.
We tend not to allow for "pre-orders" as our suppliers are fairly small companies and their inventory is unpredictable. We never want our customers to be in a position where they are wondering "when will my order be shipped?" That is simply not fair. Instead, we have an informative newsletter informing our customers of new shipments being received.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48hrs. We use USPS Priority Mail, Media Mail, 1st Class Mail, Parcel Post, UPS and Express Mail for overnight orders. For overnight, we ask that you have the order in by 12:00 noon and that you contact us by telephone.
Wish lists, pre-orders & special orders:
We have a pretty cool wishlist feature which you can use to assemble your list and email it off to someone who would like to purchase it for you or for you to use at a later date. Items will not be removed from inventory so your entire wishlist may not be entirely available to you when ready to purchase. You will only be billed for what is ready to ship from your list.
Special orders can be placed with us. We can order items in bulk and have them delivered to your specified location. We cannot special order small items unless in quantities over 100. Free shipping offers do not apply to special ordered products. Full payment for product must be paid up front once we have determined that our suppliers can fulfill the order. Shipping will be a separate charge. Returns on special ordered product are as follows: Originating and return shipping are at buyers expense and a 50% restocking fee applies. So, make sure you want what you are ordering. This is not a casual transaction.

To avoid returns, please use our live customer support, "contact us" or our phone number to ask any questions you may have prior to ordering.
We go to great lengths to accuratley show the items being considered for purchase and make available three forms of getting in contact with us.
In the extremely rare event that a customer wishes to return merchandice, please phone or email a request for a return authorization. Items can be returned within 14 days of item delivery if still sealed in its original wrapping and otherwise in the exact same condition it was delivered in. Item(s) being returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase from Classic Toys and/or classictoysnyc.com. Customer responsible for original and return shipping costs. Re-stocking fee of 15% applies to returned goods.
