On most items, we only show what is in stock and shippable now. If there is an error in our inventory we will contact you to substitute the item or provide you with a refund. On some merchandise, we do offer pre-orders. These items show a "shipping status" with approximate shipping date.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48hrs. We use UPS, USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post depending on size and weight of order. We prefer to use UPS for most Overnight/2nd Day/3rd Day shippments.

We charge a general flat fee of $8.99 for Standard 7 to 14 day service. We charge a general flat fee of $10.99 for 5 to 7 day service. Please note that delivery times are estimated but there are factor which can delay delivery such as weather or other forseen circumstances outside our or shippers control.

Overnight/2nd Day Shipping is $35.00 minimum for most items but can be higher depending on weight and location or both. We will discuss this with you once the package is weighed and ready for shipping. We must be contacted via telephone (1+267-687-3673) for this service we process many orders per day so we need a heads up. Overnight/2nd Day orders must be in by 12:00 PM for same day shipping. Please understand that we are an East Coast Company and that overnight/2nd Day transit to regions moving westward can be very expensive. Only contact us for overnight shipping if it is your last resort.
8.38 % sales tax will be added to both the item and the shipping total for New York State residents and 7% for Pennsylvania residents. Sorry folks, we only collect it we dont keep it.

Please note that our prices exclude any relevant local customs duty & taxes. Packages that are deemed undeliverable due to customer error are returned to us. If the order is brought back to us and you do not wish to continue, both originating and return shipping rates will be deducted from your product credit. If the shipping charge is valued higher than the product cost we will refuse the package and no credit will be issued. So, please make sure your information is correct and please make sure that someone is present to receive the package.

We go to great lengths to accurately show the items being considered for purchase and make available three forms of reaching us. We typically allow returns when a product is not as described or is somehow damaged due to manufacturer defect or during shipping.
Please Phone or email a request for return. Items can be returned within 14 days of item delivery if still sealed in its original wrapping and otherwise in the exact same condition it was delivered in. Item(s) being returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase from Classic Toys and/or classictoysnyc.com.
Customer is responsible for both originating and return shipping charges. Items being returned from a free shipping order will assess a 35% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
